How do I open a ZIP file?

To open a zip file, you need a program called WinZip. If you do not have this one you may download it from offsite (http://www.winzip.com)

I get an error when I try to open my ZIP file?

Most of the time this occurs if the download timed out during the transfer. Just donwload the zip file again, that should fix the problem. We test each zip file ourselves to make sure that they are all working properly.

What formats do I get when ordering a movie?

All movies are in wmv format.

What is included in a photo set?

Our images are highest quality available. We hand pick, color correct and remove defects. Sizes ares based on at least 1280 pixels for the longer side of a pricture. All photos are in jpg format.

Where can I find links to download my order?

Please login using your email/password combination and follow "The history of your orders" link. You will find all your orders you have placed with us. If you payment processed and status of you order changed from pending to processed, you may click on it to find out download links.

What if I'm going to place a real big order?

Customers who want to place orders of $1000 or more are advised to contact us sales@image-maker.org first. We will discuss additional bonuses and payment methods.

Do you accept PayPal?

No! Paypal is not acceptable payment for us. Moreover we have no plans to accept it in the future.

I need to make a change on my license agreement?

Not a problem, send over an e-mail with the changes you would like to make. Please make sure to include your order number, name, e-mail address and titles that you have licensed.

Is it secure to buy with you?

Absolutely! We use third-party credit card processior. We do not keep your credit card numbers on our server so they cannot be stolen by the hackers.

Will my credit card be re-billed?

No, all our pictures, photos and video sets are only charged once. You will never be rebilled.

How long is my license agreement valid for?

The license agreement is valid for life. The price you pay is a one time fee for a lifetime license for all your adult site(s).

Can I order a custom shoot?

Sure, please send the email to order@image-maker.org if you want to order custom shoot.

Can I use pictures on more than one website?

Yes. Standard license is valid for unlimited domains, as long as they are owned and operated by the licensee. You must provide the name of at least one domain on the license agreement for our records.

How do I get the content that i want to buy? How do I buy it?

Its rather simple, you create a cart with the content you have selected by clicking on "In Cart", login, fill out shipping information, select preferable method of payment and confirm it. After your payment will be processed (depending on payment method it takes from 2 minutes up to business days) your download links will be activated in Account History. Additionally, detailed information about download will be sent to your e-mail address.

Do you provide 2257 documents?

Yes, model releases and photocopies of IDs are attached to the invoice.
